History
2211 Broadway, better known as The Apthorp, is one of New York City’s architectural marvels. This Italian Renaissance Revival structure, constructed in 1908, occupies an entire city block and has stood the test of time for over a century. Designated as a historical landmark, The Apthorp highlights its significant role in the city’s heritage. Today, it serves as an apartment building, famously home to numerous well-known celebrities.
