Founder & CEO
CEO of Nova Construction Services headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, spearheads building restoration projects across Manhattan. With 7 years of experience as a Board Member of the New York City Special Riggers Association, Eric ensures compliance and safety standards are met. Additionally, he serves as the director of ACI – Andromeda Community Initiative, a non-profit organization offering professional development opportunities, free educational programs, and job-related training to prepare individuals for successful careers in the construction and building restoration industry.
With his visionary leadership and dedication to both excellence and community impact, Eric Janczyk continues to shape the skyline of New York City while fostering opportunities for growth and advancement within the industry.

CEO of Nova Construction Services, leads building restoration projects in Manhattan. With expertise as a Project Manager in construction, he’s skilled in Project Management Software, Renovation, and Construction Project Management. Bogdan’s strong program and project management skills, coupled with a master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, drive the development of Nova Construction Services, ensuring impactful growth and success.
His strategic vision and dedication to excellence ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering high-quality results that contribute to the development and preservation of New York City’s architectural heritage.

Founded by Andrzej Janczyk in 1995, Nova Restoration marks the culmination of his 30-year journey in façade restoration. With years of experience, Andrzej sets out to redefine industry standards through unmatched expertise and a commitment to excellence.
In its founding year, Nova Restoration quickly distinguishes itself in the industry with the slogan “Craftsmanship, Leadership, and Quality.” This ethos not only defines the brand but also sets a new benchmark for excellence in the field.

In 2005, Nova Restoration embraces its heritage as Andrzej Janczyk welcomes his son, Eric Janczyk, into the company. This milestone symbolizes the blending of tradition with new insights.

In 2019, a new era begins for NOVA as Andrzej Janczyk steps down, passing the torch to Eric Janczyk, who takes the role of Principal. Eric introduces Bogdan Khyliak as his partner, signaling a fresh direction and continued innovation.

In 2020, NOVA implements the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which drives significant growth. This pivotal move leads to the establishment of a new office in Warsaw, marking a key milestone in NOVA’s expansion journey.
